1. Characteristics, Offer and Validity
All DVDs for sale include a detailed description of their condition (new or second-hand), region, language and extras.
Validity: Prices and offers are valid whilst they appear on the website or whilst stocks last.
Availability: Should a title be unavailable after purchase, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund.
2. Payment Methods
For your convenience and security, we accept the following methods:

3. Delivery of Products
We ship throughout Spain, Europe and the rest of the world.
Delivery times: Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days in Spain.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.
Essential condition: For intellectual property reasons, DVDs must be returned with the original seal intact. If the product has been unsealed, it cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.
Costs: The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
6. Warranties
All our new products are covered by a 3-year statutory warranty (in accordance with current Spanish legislation) against manufacturing defects. For second-hand products, the warranty is 1 year. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligent use or natural wear and tear of the disc.
7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user’s place of residence. Furthermore, as an entity adhering to e-commerce regulations, we remind you that the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform is available.
Price Indication
Where prices for products and/or services are displayed, those shown on screen shall be the prices in force at any given time. Prices shall be indicated in euros and shall include Value Added Tax (VAT). Where VAT is not included in the price, this shall be expressly stated and the user shall be able to view the full final price.
